Toddlers will have a blast putting hats on these penguins who are dressed up for winter. Great for learning colors. Kids can match the hats with the colors of the scarves OR mix and match to create different outfits.

This FREE Penguin Color Matching activity is great for learning about colors and reading color words. After matching the hats to the correct color, kids can try doing it the "wrong" way by mixing up the colors to create different outfits.
Penguins and clothing comes in 11 colors: red, yellow, blue, orange, green, purple, pink, black, white, brown, gray.
I recommend that you laminate all the pages, then cut out the penguin cards and hats. Use transparent velcro dots to make it easy for kids to attach the hats to each penguin.

DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI really like your ideas, that s why I am writing to tell you someone has edited your material and it s selling it on facebook. The material is writed in Romanian. I am a Romanian too, but I think it is not ethic to do so. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=120623318750312&set=a.120623368750307.1073741829.100024079335860&type=3&theater
Hi, thank you for letting me know!!
DeleteThank you. I really like your idea!
ReplyDeleteLove this idea. Only problem i found after printing and laminating, is a few things. The word green is blue and the scarf is blue instead of green. The word blue is purple instead of blue. The word purple is brown instead of purple. The word orange is pink instead of orange. The scarf is pink instead of orange. The word brown is purple instead of brown and the scarf is purple instead of brown.
ReplyDeleteI wish i would have paid closer attention before printing and laminating. Just a heads up. Otherwise i love this idea as my daughter loves penguins.
I apologize, i just double checked. It must have just been my printer. I have no idea why my printer did this.
DeleteThank you so much for your resources. I love this penguin activity.
